Returns & Replacements

Request for returns of damaged or defective merchandise should be made within 48 hours from the receipt of merchandise. Credit will be given for properly returned merchandise authorized by our company. No returns are accepted without authorization.

What is your return policy?

- You may return any unopened/unused item in its original condition within 14 days. However, you must send us an email at sales@e1packaging.com requesting for RA (Return Authorization) number prior to returning it.

- Any merchandise not returned in its original condition will be subject to 25% restocking fee or denial in processing your return.

- We will not refund any shipping cost you incurred to ship you the product.

- We will not be responsible for any shipping cost you incurred to return the product.

- In order to process your return quickly, please provide information below with your return. If the information is not included with your return, it will not be processed.
a) Return Authorization Number (RA) ~ Absolutely required!
b) Name, address and phone number
c) Email address (Very important)
d) Your reason for returning the merchandise.

- Please make sure to return the package with a courier using tracking number. (UPS, FedEx, , USPS with delivery confirmation, etc.) We will not be responsible for any returns not received and failure to provide us with tracking number.

- Once received, we will process a refund less any shipping cost to you or us.
